Sattu Ladoo (Healthy Sweet Snack)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Magadh Sattu

  • ½ cup jaggery (grated) or powdered sugar

  • 2 tbsp ghee

  • Cardamom powder

  • Chopped dry fruits (almonds, cashews)

Instructions:

  1. Dry roast Sattu in a pan for 2–3 minutes.

  2. Add warm ghee, jaggery/sugar, cardamom, and nuts.

  3. Mix well and form small ladoos while the mixture is warm.

Health Tip: Great for kids and elders alike – natural, fiber-rich, and delicious!
