Sattu Paratha (Stuffed Protein-Rich Flatbread)

Ingredients (for stuffing):

  • ½ cup Magadh Sattu

  • 1 finely chopped onion

  • 1-2 chopped green chilies

  • 1 tsp mustard oil

  • Salt, ajwain, and coriander leaves

  • Lemon juice or pickle masala for tanginess

  • Whole wheat dough (for making paratha)

Instructions:

  1. Mix all stuffing ingredients using a few drops of water until crumbly.

  2. Roll out a dough ball, place stuffing inside, and seal it.

  3. Roll gently into a paratha shape.

  4. Cook on a hot tawa using ghee or oil until golden brown.
