Ingredients (for stuffing):
½ cup Magadh Sattu
1 finely chopped onion
1-2 chopped green chilies
1 tsp mustard oil
Salt, ajwain, and coriander leaves
Lemon juice or pickle masala for tanginess
Whole wheat dough (for making paratha)
Instructions:
Mix all stuffing ingredients using a few drops of water until crumbly.
Roll out a dough ball, place stuffing inside, and seal it.
Roll gently into a paratha shape.
Cook on a hot tawa using ghee or oil until golden brown.
