Cancellation & Refund Policy
At www.magadhfood.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, given the perishable nature of most food items, we follow a strict cancellation and refund policy.
Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them or before they are processed for dispatch.
- To cancel an order, please email us at support@magadhfood.com or call our customer care number: 919810669093 .
Refunds:
- Refunds will be initiated only in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item.
- The delivered product was damaged or expired.
- Your order was not delivered within 10 business days from the date of dispatch.
- To request a refund:
- Share images of the delivered product and packaging along with your order ID within 24 hours of delivery at support@magadhfood.com.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Cases:
- Opened, used, or tampered food products.
- Change in personal preferences or taste.
- COD orders, unless the product is damaged/wrong/expired.
