Cancellation & Refund Policy

At www.magadhfood.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, given the perishable nature of most food items, we follow a strict cancellation and refund policy.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them or before they are processed for dispatch.
  • To cancel an order, please email us at support@magadhfood.com or call our customer care number: 919810669093 .

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be initiated only in the following cases:
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The delivered product was damaged or expired.
  • Your order was not delivered within 10 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • To request a refund:
  • Share images of the delivered product and packaging along with your order ID within 24 hours of delivery at support@magadhfood.com.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Opened, used, or tampered food products.
  • Change in personal preferences or taste.
  • COD orders, unless the product is damaged/wrong/expired.
